My name is Marian Alessandroni and I am the 4th-5th grade music teacher.

 

I am very happy to announce the continuation of the program for a second year thanks to the Pacifica Education Foundation! I'm very excited to again have the opportunity to share my passion for music with your child. I am first and foremost a pianist and have been playing for 24 years. Since I graduated college, I have concentrated on music pedagogy and child development. I believe every child should have the opportunity to listen to, play and perform music. I also believe it's important to expose students to diverse cultures through music. This is a wonderful way for students to understand the vast diversity in the world as well as open their minds to new ideas and concepts.
